Join us for one of the region’s largest Independence Day celebrations, drawing over 10,000 attendees to the scenic Great Meadow in The Plains, Virginia. Space is assigned first come, first served.

TO APPLY you will need to submit the below application with a valid Certificate of Insurance (for all vendors) and, if applicable, a Temporary Food Permit. You will NOT be approved if you do not submit all required information below.

ONCE YOUR APPLICATION HAS BEEN APPROVED, you will receive an email with payment information and event details.

VENDOR REGISTRATION FORM

One (1) Vendor Space Includes one 15’ x 15’ space for your own tent, stand or truck and two (2) car passes for assigned parking.
